It's funny how situations just seem to piece themselves together

Opinions. Everyone has them. Or should I say, every cool person has them. I don't really understand these "neutral" people. Every once in a while you meet an individual who, during an intense debate, chooses not to say anything. Then you're sitting there thinking, "what the hell are you doing over here?! Why not just get up and leave the conversation...don't just sit there, have an opinion!"

Then there are those people who just can't seem to shutup. You know, the ones that have an opinion about every thing on this planet. From why the world's gonna end in 2012, to who deserves to be in the music industry. These people just won't shutup. They think it's either their way or the high way. WHY. Life is totally subjective, so I'm really surprised that these stubborn individuals actually exist. How can you walk around going, "no, you should do this with your life, this is who you should like, blah blah im just upset i havent gotten laid in these past few days so im taking it out on you blah blah." Someone should just put a cork in their mouths and I admit, I'm the first one to do so.

Today I got into a conversation with a rather interesting individual. He made some pretty bold statements about life and how every deed is selfish, which is not totally a bad thing. After listening to his opinions, I realized that I had met him before. Not the exact same individual, but he reminded me of someone from my past. And I found myself in a weird deja vu situation, as if I had had this conversation before. This could probably explain why I was extremely passionate about my opinions when I was voicing them to him. This led me to thinking, that certain things in life happen in the order that they happen because then you start realizing that you wouldn't be the same person in the situation if the situation prior to it didn't happen. For all you normal people, I completely understand if you didn't get what I just said. Basically, after today, I started believing in fate...just a little.

Thank you for the lesson

  A long time ago I came across some words of wisdom which explained the importance of forgiveness. At that stage in my life, I was completely anti forgiveness. I still understand why, and though I’d like to say my views on said topic have changed, I’d be slightly lying. I’m very good at blocking things out of my life, that’s how I cope. But every once in a blue moon, you get an unnecessary, by chance reminder. And it kinda takes you to mental head space you had kept far away. A few (many) words that I want to say to my past self; “You knew better. How could you allow it time after time? You wasted your time investing energy and effort into a dead end.
